Job responsibilities:

1. Preside over the daily management of the quality department and organize the implementation of the resolutions of kingholm company.

2. Assist the deputy general manager to preside over the formulation and implementation of departmental strategy according to the strategy of kingholm.

3. Preside over the formulation and implementation of performance evaluation indicators of the Department.

4. Preside over the formulation and optimization of the organizational structure setting scheme of the Department, standardize the work responsibilities, authorities, mutual relations and staffing of personnel at all levels, and give full play to the executive power of various functions to meet the development requirements of the company.

5. Preside over the establishment, optimization and implementation of the Department's management system and specific rules, control system, work flow and operation guidance, so as to standardize, standardize and systematize the operation of the quality department.

6. Preside over the formulation of quality management plan and realize it on schedule.

Job requirements:

1. At least 3 years quality management experience in electronic manufacturing company.

2. Have systematic quality management theory and rich practical experience in quality management of manufacturing companies.

3. Have professional quality management level and high management art.

4. Proficient in quality management, statistical technology, education and training, performance appraisal (KPI) and corporate culture, familiar with modern enterprise management mode, and able to lead the whole quality team to achieve the established goals of the company.

5. Proficient in ISO9001, TQM, 7S and other common management modes.

6. Good physical appearance, good health, energetic, clear oral expression, strong communication skills and leadership.
