Job responsibilities:

1. According to the production plan issued by the production section head, reasonably arrange the production to ensure the quality of Beidou / GPS antenna connecting line, wifi antenna, BDS module, GPS vehicle navigation antenna, GSM antenna, board terminal sub antenna adapter, customer customized non-standard wire, private model RF line and other products, and ensure the production progress;
2. Reasonably allocate personnel and equipment, adjust production layout and production load, improve production efficiency, and supervise and guide the production process;
3. Preside over the workshop team meeting and comprehensively coordinate the team work;
4. Participate in the analysis of product quality problems such as Beidou / GPS antenna connecting line, wifi antenna, BDS module, GPS vehicle navigation antenna, GSM antenna, board end base sub antenna adapter line, customer customized non-standard wire, private mode RF line, etc., and formulate and implement corrective and improvement measures;
5. Promote the on-site 6S on-site management system and realize the standardized management of the production workshop;
6. Be responsible for implementing various production safety systems of the enterprise and carrying out regular safety inspection;
7. Organize workshop production staff to participate in training, and be responsible for subordinate personnel evaluation, guidance and skill training;
8. Communicate with superior leaders and other departments in time to solve emergencies in the production process.

Qualifications:

1. Male or female, 28-35 years old, college degree or above, major in science and engineering;

2. More than 5 years of on-site working experience in manufacturing industry, more than 3 years of production management experience at the same level, and management experience in Taiwan / Japanese enterprises is preferred;

3. Familiar with quality system related knowledge, strong business ability, good at problem analysis and improvement

4. Proactive, strong execution ability and teamwork ability.
