Among the six cities and two districts in the Pearl River Delta, we don't mention the second district. In 2019, the GDP of three of the six cities exceeded trillion, including Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Foshan. Let's take another look at the five concepts of Gansu's 13th five year plan, that is, guiding things. Briefly, they are: innovative development, coordinated development, green development, continued opening up and shared development. The following points can be drawn from the above analysis:

2、 It doesn't have a long history and culture. It can be developed by telling more stories.
3、 It is not possible to develop with a similar population. Talent flow and personnel quality will affect the degree of development.
4、 Unbalanced development will inevitably fail to form industrial clusters and industrial chains, and development will not be sustainable.
5、 The concept of development is large and comprehensive, covering all aspects. Of course, it is correct. However, can it support one of the high-speed development goals of an unbalanced region? I developed benchmarking from the South or the East. Obviously, I personally think it has not been achieved.
In my opinion, the concept of development, like the three personal outlooks, is the most critical factor to determine whether a region can develop. For a region with relatively insufficient development, it should focus and punch hard at different stages.
Put forward several suggestions from the perspective of Southern businessmen:
1. Regional development is like operating enterprises. After taking stock of regional advantages, select the most advantageous points, focus all regional resources, expand the small, strengthen the large, make a reputation and make money, shape a regional brand with a very deep moat (for example, a reader has affected several generations of Chinese people), and make green oil and red purple. One stage, one thing, one idea.
2. System reform and opening up are not only to open the way and open the door, but also to update the system concept and welcome change from the heart. 5. Business environment benchmarking Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta, self denial, sincere improvement and investment promotion policies; Adopting the "over correction" method, policy-making can not simply take doctrine from other regions, take stock of local characteristics, innovate methods, give enough weight and release water to raise fish; The talent policy should be warm and attractive.
