In his speech, Liu Dacheng proposed that under the double cycle, the logistics main body in the "made in China" industrial chain ecology changes from outward to east to inward to west, which creates a new strategic opportunity for railway development. Under the support of digital technology, the railway should play the leading role of multimodal transport and innovate to build the railway supply chain system.
