In terms of protein content alone, high-quality milk has a little more protein than ordinary milk, which can be ignored. 100 grams of rice contains 7.9 grams of protein. Everyone should eat 500 grams of rice every day. Lean pork contains 13.2 grams of protein per 100 grams. You have to eat 200 grams of meat every day. Considering rice and milk, the daily protein intake has reached more than 60 grams. It doesn't seem important to have that box of milk (250 grams, less than 10 grams of protein).
Therefore, when China is out of poverty and can eat well, there is no need to fool us with that milk!
